Malak is a certified RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) and SBT (School-Based Therapist) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She has a background as a nursery teacher, where she developed strong communication and educational skills, which she now applies in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Malak is passionate about expanding her expertise in ABA and is committed to gaining broad experience to better support the individuals she works with. As a Lead Instructor Therapist and RBT Trainer, Malak plays a key role at PBS, training new RBTs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy. Her dedication to professional growth and her ability to connect with clients make her a valuable asset to the team.
