Donia is a unit manager and a dedicated Lead Instructor Therapist and certified RBT Trainer with a strong passion for supporting individuals in reaching their full potential through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With extensive experience working with children with autism and behavioral challenges, Donia is skilled in developing and implementing ABA Behavior plans.She takes a hands-on approach in leading therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practices are consistently applied. As an RBT Trainer, Donia is committed to mentoring new RBTs and empowering them to build a solid foundation in ABA, equipping them to provide compassionate and effective care. Currently working toward her QASP-S certification, Donia’s dedication to professional growth, leadership, and a client-centered approach allows her to make a meaningful impact on both clients and colleagues, fostering an environment of continuous learning and positive change,Which makes donia a great asset to the team.
