Aya El Ganzouri is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong passion for positively impacting the lives of individuals. She earned her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Penn State University. Aya's professional journey began in Pennsylvania, where she worked with a diverse range of age groups, providing behavioral services in specialized school settings designed for individuals on the moderate to severe end of the autism spectrum.

Aya also gained valuable experience at a clinic that embraced the SBT (Skinner's Behavior Therapy) model, working closely with Dr. Hanley's organization to enhance treatment approaches. Over time, her focus shifted toward community integration, where she worked with adults aged 21 and older in a community center, fostering greater independence and social participation.

In addition to her clinical work, Aya serves as the Internal Training Coordinator, where she leads and develops training programs to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism within her team. Her holistic approach combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and community engagement.
